My series, "Something's Gotta Give" continues with Aristocrat's Buffalo Gold collection slot. This is a new version of Buffalo where the base game plays like normal Buffalo, with a 5x4 reelset and wilds on reels 2, 3 and 4 (in this version there can be multiplier wilds during normal spins). 3 to 5 scattered coins trigger free games. During the free games, you now collect gold Buffalo symbols. As they land, they are added to your total above and change to Buffaloes. As you collect, the other animals become Buffaloes. Collect all 15 and all the animals are now buffaloes. As usual with Buffalo, only 2 coins are needed for re-trigger, but you really need them now! With enough re-triggers, it's possible for a handpay at minimum bet, or a huge win at maximum! To compensate for this, the minimum bet is higher and it can be difficult. A popular game nevertheless. While I didn't collect all 15 buffaloes, I did manage a Big Win! My 3rd out of 4 so far in this series. Taken at Harrah's Resort Southern, CA.
